Our Working Hours

Our working hours are the times when we're actively monitoring orders, enquiries and emails.

Orders placed outside these hours will be received safely but may not begin processing until the next working day. Likewise, messages and emails received outside our working hours may not receive a response until we're back.

We're a small, family-run business, so while we'll always do our best to respond as quickly as possible, we appreciate your patience during particularly busy periods, weekends and holidays.
