Some products sold through Whimsical Charm may be dispatched directly by our trusted suppliers rather than from Whimsical Charm itself. This does not affect your statutory rights or your relationship with Whimsical Charm as the retailer.
Prices
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
We may change prices from time to time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.
If we discover an obvious pricing or product-information error after you place an order, we will contact you and explain your options before proceeding.
Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.
After receiving your order, we will send you confirmation using the contact details you provide.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example if an item is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we cannot fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.
Working Hours and Order Processing
Our stated working hours refer to the periods during which Whimsical Charm ordinarily monitors and processes orders and customer enquiries.
Orders placed outside our working hours may not begin processing until the next working day. Any processing or dispatch times stated in working days will be calculated accordingly.
Customer enquiries received outside our working hours may also be responded to on the next working day.
Our working hours may occasionally vary during public holidays, seasonal closures or other exceptional circumstances. Where appropriate, temporary changes will be communicated through our website.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Some orders may be fulfilled from more than one location and may therefore arrive in separate parcels.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
