Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

Standard UK delivery is £3.95 per order.

Enjoy FREE UK delivery on orders of £40 or more.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days, giving an estimated total delivery time of 3–7 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during busy periods, public holidays or due to circumstances outside our control.

Some products are dispatched directly by our trusted suppliers. If your order contains products from different suppliers or fulfilment locations, items may arrive separately. You will not be charged additional delivery fees because your order is sent in separate parcels.

If you experience a problem with your delivery, please contact us at support@whimsicalcharm.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.

As Whimsical Charm grows, we hope to offer international shipping in the future.
